Clients have included Ford Motor Company, London Transport, Toyota, Games Workshop, FIAT/Alfa Romeo. He has travelled the world delivering unique innovations, passion and enthusiasm
Sion’s approach is to go to the root cause of the differentiating issues and better understand why. He works across many industries and helps them deliver better ways to communicate, engage and achieve real positive outcomes for clients more consistently. This results in better customer experience and better company sales - especially brand loyalty.
His findings are simple, less talking more listening. Engage rather than tell the sales teams how to better interact with consumers using simple exercises, developing real understanding of how customers want to interact and be engaged in today’s linked in society. Understand the customer rather than practice exercises to convince them, travel their journey rather than the one you want them to travel. Results have been overwhelming for many of his clients.
