Online courses are non-refundable once purchased/accessed. All online training courses are designed and developed with cross platform compatibility. The online courses are tested extensively on all types of operating systems, browsers, and devices (desktop and mobile). If you are facing any difficulties accessing the course, we will provide you with assistance and support to help you get started.
All refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis, and refunds will be considered if the request is assessed to be reasonable.
Learneyo will allow for exchange of courses under the following conditions:
Exchange request is made for another course of equivalent or lesser value, and
the originally purchased course is not accessed within 15 days of purchase.
Exchange requests must be emailed to support@learneyo.com within 15 days of the purchase date.
In case of unintentional multiple payments for the same course (purchasing a course multiple times) , Learneyo will issue refund upon request. There will be a $0.30 transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction.
