This module has been designed to provide workers with an understanding of how to apply a four-step crisis management process to prepare for, and manage a workplace process. This module will provide learners with the necessary knowledge, framework and response to take to sustain the business, protect employees and ultimately recover and resume normal operations.

To provide learners with an understanding of how to use a 4-step framework to prepare, prevent, respond, recover, restore, resume and monitor their response to a crisis, including an identification of types of crises that may require a Business Continuity Plan, and how to undertake a business impact analysis and risk assessment.
